Random Draw of Precincts November 1, 1995

One week before the Election, the election commission digs out an old wooden barrel with a crank. In it they drop 42 cards one for each precinct in the City. One person turns the crank to spin the barrel. A second person randomly selects cards one a time to determine the precinct order for counting the ballots. Here's this year's results:
